Izzy Mayhew is a semi-professional rugby player at Harlequins Women. She plays regularly in Premiership Women’s rugby but started her rugby journey at 13 at Pulborough RFC in West Sussex. Alongside playing for Harlequins since 2017, Izzy has gained her RFU Level 2 coaching certificate and is keen to share her love for coaching with young and exciting athletes with big aspirations!
IM Coaching has been developed to make sure girls have access to high level coaching alongside playing at club level. These camps are based in school holidays and aim to be really enjoyable as well as gain new skills for your next rugby season!

IM Coaching offers high level rugby coaching for girls only. These camps are designed to be really engaging, fun and challenging!

10:10-11 Session 1
11-11:20 Break
11:20-12:30 Session 2
12:30- 1:15 Lunch
1:15- 3 Session 3
3 Pick up
1 day = £40
2 days= £70
About Me
My name is Izzy Mayhew and I am 23 years old! I now play my rugby at Harlequins women playing Wing and centre. I grew up playing rugby at Pulborough RFC in West Sussex and represented Sussex County and England South east for under 18’s. After Pulborough I began studying and playing rugby at Worthing College and also started my journey with Harlequins women in 2017.
I have had the chance to travel the world playing some sevens in big tournaments such as Dubai, Cheltenham, Wimbledon, Amsterdam.
Alongside rugby I am a PE teacher at a pupil referral unit which I absolutely love. This job has increased my love for teaching the key values of sport and how they can positively effect someone’s life, no matter who you are! I aim to grow the love of sport through my coaching, especially in rugby and get all young people to aspire to be the best they can be!
